Ms. Yuan began her career as a trademark examiner in the TRAB from 2008 to 2011, and gained rich experience in the trial standards and review practices of the Trademark Office. In May 2011, she joined LexField Law Offices.

Ms. Yuan has represented many multinational companies in various trademark matters, especially in providing trademark protection strategies, infringement analysis, obtaining trademark registration, successfully resolved many trademark matters for many clients.
