Ms. Zhang began her career with KangXin Partners in 1999 as a trademark attorney. The following year, she joined King & Wood Law, where she represented many clients in trademark issues. In July 2004, she joined Jan Liu & Associates, now LexField Law Offices.
She has represented many multinational corporations in various trademark prosecution matters, especially in terms of trademark clearance legal opinion work, the risk of trademark infringement, and how to stop others from using and registering infringing trademarks.
In addition to dealing with trademark prosecutions, she also handles domain name disputes, copyright registration, and custom recording. Ms. Zhang is heavily experienced in trademark prosecution and enforcement, trademark infringement counseling, trademark strategy and IP protection

● Representing a famous pharmaceutical company for trademark prosecution matters in China for many years, including trademark clearance searches, counseling on trademark infringement and unfair competition, oppositions, invalidations, and designing the overall trademark protection strategy (received winning results in almost all the invalidations).

● Successfully had two trademarks officially recognized as well-known trademarks in 2011 and 2015, respectively.
