Ms. Zhou has 15 years of working experience in the intellectual property field, specializing in SEPs in the telecommunications sector. She excels in developing an integrated full-lifecycle management model of SEPs, technologies, standards and products for SEP owners.

Prior to joining LexField Law Offices, Ms. Zhou was senior IP expert at ZTE Corporation. She was in charging of SEP portfolio management of 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, audio/video codec and optical communication. She led technical analysis and negotiations in SEP licensing programs, invalidation and infringement litigation cases between ZTE and other domestic or overseas enterprises.

Prior to that, Ms. Zhou engaged in LTE standard technology research and SEP asset management in Motorola. She participated in several patent infringement cases of Motorola Mobility against Apple and Microsoft as well as patent licensing, FTO analysis, SEP intelligence research programs of Motorola Mobility and Google.

Ms. Zhou was a patent agent at Zhongzi Law Office from 2014 to 2015，responsible for patent application and patent invalidation.
