LexField attorneys have experience representing plaintiffs in anti-trust litigations even before the Anti-monopoly Law was enacted. We have done quite a few researches on anti-monopoly law, especially those related to intellectual property laws. We have always followed up with the latest development of the anti-monopoly law research and practice, including the judicial interpretation regarding Anti-monopoly Law under drafting of the Supreme Court.
